Our Philosophy

Yoga offers a holistic approach to well-being, combining physical, mental, and spiritual practices that enhance overall health. Regular practice can improve flexibility, strength, and balance, while also promoting relaxation and reducing stress. Many practitioners find that yoga helps to cultivate mindfulness, leading to better focus and emotional resilience. Additionally, it supports cardiovascular health, aids in digestion, and can alleviate chronic pain. Whether you're seeking physical fitness, mental clarity, or a deeper sense of inner peace, yoga provides a transformative path to a healthier lifestyle. 

Stephanie

Stephanie is a dedicated yoga teacher with two 200- hour yoga teacher training certifications, 8 years of teaching experience, and a decade of practice under her belt. She enjoys blending dynamic movement with midful healing in the faster-paced, energetic vinyasa flows that she teaches. However, her true specialty and focus of study lie in gentle and restorative yoga and sound-healing practices designed to help regulate overstimulated nervous systems. Her teaching style is inclusive and intuitive, carefully adjusting to the unique needs of her students. With an emphasis on accessibility, Stephanie's mission is to ensure yoga is approachable and beneficial for practitioners of all levels by providing various modifications and tailoring classes to the unique groups that show up. 

Amber

Amber is a certified yoga teacher with 13 years of experience and has been practicing and studying yoga for nearly 18 years. Her focus is on yoga as it was originally intended, exploring its true origins rather than the Western interpretations commonly seen. Alongside yoga, she has also devoted her teaching to meditation for the past 13 years. With a combined total of 800 hours of training in yoga teacher education, Amber is also a Reiki Level II practitioner, incorporating energy work into her teaching. This approach allows her to intuitively connect with her students' needs during class, without requiring any extra effort from them. Most of her classes are vinyasa-based, emphasizing the alignment of mind, body, breath, and spirit. Each class includes a seated meditation, recognizing that while savasana is not technically a meditation, it is an integral part of the experience. Amber's classes flow like a moving meditation, harmonizing movement with breath - inhale to move, exhale to move.
